The loft is 14' x 24' - 336 sq ft.
Studio/Efficiency Apt has full-bath, kitchenette, partly furnished, full bed.
Light and bright cottage feel, private, and has small deck with view of the woods behind us.
Our house in front, the barn and apt are straight down the drive, all the way in the back.
We're adding a funky greenhouse/bathroom and shower to the barn. There's a fire pit and hammock, room for a garden.
Views of the front and back. Entry to the loft is from the back of the barn, up the stairs to a small deck and sliding glass doors. We like it's 'rustic' look because it looks like it's always been here, draws little attention, and gives no clue as to what is inside.
Sweet space for a camper with full hook-ups. Possible barter for labor, skills, and knowledge.
We keep our place partly wild for the wildlife that lives here. You'll hear owls most nights and occasionally coyotes yapping in the distance. Rabbits live in tangles of wild berry bushes and passion vines. The little deck is perfect for coffee in the morning and bird-watching, it faces undeveloped woods behind us. If you don't enjoy nature and the outdoors - this isn't for you.
